個人簡介:
張宇琛,2018年6月獲武漢大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,師從劉天罡教授;于2018年10月至今在日本東京大學(xué)菅裕明(Hiroaki Suga,日本化學(xué)會主席、獲2023年沃爾夫化學(xué)獎)教授課題組進行博士后研究。張宇琛博士從事基于無細胞系統(tǒng)的合成生物系統(tǒng)研究,以及核糖體肽類天然產(chǎn)物翻譯后修飾酶的挖掘與應(yīng)用;并結(jié)合mRNA展示技術(shù)與翻譯后修飾酶開發(fā)基于非天然核糖體肽的先導(dǎo)化合物從頭篩選。報告人以第一作者身份在Nature Catalysis, Trends in Biochemical Science, ACS Synthetic Biology 等學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文6篇,申請國際專利一項、授權(quán)中國專利一項。
報告簡介:
A deep understanding of biosynthetic pathways is a prerequisite for utilizing them for green biomanufacturing. Due to the complexity of the biological system and the toxicity of the product, it is difficult for us to modify the biosynthesis pathway as we like in the organism. The reporter used a cell-free system to decouple cell growth and biosynthetic pathways, and completed the in vitro reconstruction of complex metabolic networks, mining of non-natural ribosomal peptide antibiotics and their post-modification enzymes, which not only deepened our understanding of biosynthesis but also expands the scope of its application.
